How to Prepare

Add approximately 7 g of coffee per cup to a cezve. Add one cup of water and sugar as desired. Stir, then heat slowly over low heat. As the foam rises, distribute it into the cup, return the cezve briefly to the heat, and pour the remaining coffee.
